  3. Now add all dry masala sauteed it. Then add rice fry nicely, add sugar & salt mix it well & soak raisins.
  4. Add warm water as double the rice. Mix it well & cover it. Cooked 10 minutes transfer the cover &mix it.
  5. Now add cashewnut,mx it & cover it.Off the flame.After 10 mints basanti pulao is ready.
