- Now make medium sized balls from the dough and roll a puri from it. Put stuffing inside it and cover it and give gujiya shape.
- Heat the oil or ghee for deep frying. Add prepared gujiya into it and fry it till light golden brown. Then take out.
- Dissolve sugar into water and make syrup of one thread consistency and dip the fried gujiyas into the sugar syrup and coat well and take out.
