  2. Now grind them coarsely, you can even grind them into a fine powder but I prefer it grinding coarsely, as it taste good when you feel the nuts inside your mouth. Your thandai masala is ready.
  3. Now take 500 ml of chilled boiled milk and add 4 to 5 tbsp of powdered sugar and 4 tbsp of this thandai powder and you can mix it with a spoon or grind everything into a mixture for about 2 to 3 seconds so that masala gets well combined with the milk. Refer to the image below.
