Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Rava upma:
- 1 cup rava
- 4 table spoon oil & 1table spoon ghee
- 2 cup Capsicum, cauliflower, peas finely chopped
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 table spoon chana dal & pea nuts
- 1 table spoon sarso & jeera
- as per taste Salt
- as per need Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilly powder
- 2 cup water
Instructions to make Rava upma
- Dry roast rava in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes on mid flame. Remember do not change the color.


- In the same pan add oil & saute chana dal after 2 min add jeers, peanut & sarso. When roast proper all things, add chooped veggies.



- Saute veggies gor 2 min add tomato & dry spices. Again roast it till tomato become soft. Now add 2 cup water.


- Boil it till veggies cook,cover it with lid on mid flame. Now add rava into 3 to 4 steps from one hand & stir continues with another hand.


- When rava soaked all water, cover it with lid again for 2 min. At last add ghee & curry leaves in ready upma.


- It ready for serve. If we want to make perfect upma we should have the proper ratio of water.

- So yummy,easiest,healthy & tasty breakfast is ready.
