- for masala :
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 onions
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- as per taste salt
- for marination:
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2-3 chillies
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon
Steps to make Chicken
- Take one cup of coriander, 2-3 chillies, 1 tsp garlic & ginger 1 tablespoon of lemon juice grind this all ingredients in fine paste.
- Take a leg piece make some cuts on it to marinate well pour the paste on chicken apply it well. Add one teaspoon on Garam Masala, 2 teaspoon of Masala, 1/2 teaspoon of Haldi, and one teaspoon of yoghurt. Apply gently and leave it for half an hour
- Take Onion, coconut & tomatoes, chop in normal piece. Fry it all for 15 mins on medium flame. Shut the flame and let the masala cool, take it in mixer jar and grind it fine paste.
- Heat a pan on medium flame. Add 2 tablespoon of oil add onion paste roast it well on medium flame, add one teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder and salt, mix well and fry until oil will be reduced. Once the oil reduced add chicken leg piece which was marinated already, mix well, and cook for 20 mins.
