Heat a tbsp oil and roast a peeled beetroot, a tomato and 2garlic cloves until lightly charred and cooked al dente.

Mix the flours and soda well.Add oil and mix till it becomes crumbly.Add beetroot purée and all flavouring ingredients(as per your wish) - Step 3:
Mix everything well.Gradually add water and make a smooth,firm and pliable dough.Dough should hold and not break. - Step 4:

Heat the oil and deep fry the chakli at low-medium flame
