  3. 8-10 Mint leaves

  6. Ice cubes as required

  1. First wash and roast raw mango on flame like this. (Sb se pehle kairi ko achi trha wash krne k bad isay hlki anch PR is trha bhoon lain.)
  2. When all sides done take one bowl fill with water,put these raw mangoes in this water and remove all skin.if some burned skin is still on mango it's ok this roasted skin will give a taste in drink.(JB sb sides achi trha bhoon jayn to kisi bowl Mai pani Lai KR isay pani Mai daal dain or tamam skin achi trha remove krlain.agr kuch bhooni Hui skin reh jati hai to koi bat ni iska bohat acha bhoona hua taste ata hai sharbat Mai.)
  3. Now mash all pulp of mango and remove the seed.(ab kairi ka gooda achi trha nikal lain or guthli phaink dain).
  4. Now add suger and water in this pulp(Ab is gooday Mai suger add krain,pani add krain or 3se4 mint paka lain).
  5. After cook 3to4 minutes put this mixture in blender add mint leaves and blend it well.(3se4 mint pakane k bad is ko aik chopper ya blender Mai dal dain podeena k pattay bhi add kralin or isko achi trha blend krlain).
  6. Now this is ready out this mixture in any glass jar and use it for one week in fridge.(is mixture ko kisi kanch ki bottle Mai save KR k fridge Mai rakh lain or isay aik haftay tk Aram se istemal kiya jasakta hai).
  7. How to Serve. take one serving glass add 1tbsp of prepared raw mango mixture in glass add mint leaves cumin powder,Chaat masala Ice cubes and add chilled water mix it ànd serve it.(serve krne k liye aik glass Mai 1tbsp jitna kairi ka tayyar mixture add
    krain podeenay k pattay add krain,zeera powder,Chaat masala or ice cubes add krlain or isai thanda pani shamil KR k mix krlain or serve krain).
  8. Note. always use clean spoon in mixture otherwise fungus will produce in mixture.
