  3. 6 sub sandwich rolls sliced

  1. Heat griddle to 375 for e-series low meddle heat on outside griddle.
    Cover griddle in a light layer of butter and toasted up the buns, when buns are done remove
  2. Take 2 slices of roast beef roll in half, do this two times for sandwich and place them slightly on top of each other length of the buns (see pictures) 4 slices of roast beef per sandwich.
  3. Don’t cook to long or it will dry out just heat it on one side flip over (about 1-2 mins) then add Banana peppers or jalapeños if using and top with cheese (cheese might need cut in half see pictures)
  4. After cheese has melted some remover this don’t take long and make sandwiches (even if its not melted all the way the top bun is still warm and will help melt the cheese)
    The meat should only take 3-4 mins at the most to avoid drying out)
