- Toss Cubed Beef in Flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cubed and ground beef, brown on all sides. 5-6 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add to slow cooker.
- Add water and Bay Leaves to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir and scrape up drippings from bottom of the skillet. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients.
- Stir and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until blended and thickened.
- Remove Bay Leaves before serving.
