- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
- 300 g cake flour
- 25 g corn starch
- 20 g milk powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- Black and orange food coloring

- Prepare the ingredients. Roast cake flour in a pan for 3-5 minutes. Keep stirring while roasting. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix butter, margarine, sugar powder and salt for 2 minutes. Add egg yolk and vanilla essence. Mix again for 3 minutes until everything incorporated.
- Shift cake flour, corn starch, milk powder and baking powder into bowl. Mix the dough well.
