- Set wings aside and let cool. May want to skin and save meat for another use.
- Strain contents of stockpot thru strainer into a 3 quart sauce pan. Press vegetables into strainer to extract more broth into saucepan. Discard vegetables & bring to gentle boil.
- In medium bowl, whisk flour into remaining 2 c chicken broth until smooth. Gradually whisk into turkey broth. Continue to simmer on low until thickens (3-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Stir in butter and pepper. Serve or prepare for freezer or refrigerate.
