Add crushed ginger garlic, chopped shallots, and sliced onion, in the same hot pan, stir it on low flame, and add the required salt, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, green chilies & pepper powder. Stir it till it becomes soft, then add the thick coconut milk. Close it with a lid for 2 min till it absorbs. Fish Masala fillings are ready



- Place a fish on a banana leaf & fish masala fillings on top. Wrap it & tie it with a thread.
