  5. Put cooked Roat chunks into a roast pan, making a ring along the sides of roast pan.
  6. Peel and cut Potatos into small chunks. Put in the middle of roast pan.
  7. Preheat oven to 350.
  8. Slice Carrots and layer on top of Potatos.
  9. Slice Onion in half, then slice into small strips. Layer on top of carrots.
  10. Dice Garlic cloves, then sprinkle over Roast and veggies.
  11. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over veggies.
  12. Pour wine over all. Then add water until veggies are covered.
  13. Wrap with aluminum foil. Put in oven.
  14. Cook for 40 minutes or until Potatos are tender.
  15. Let cool 5 minutes, then serve. Keeps well in covered container. Leftovers taste just as good if not better then the fresh meal. Enjoy!
