- Some Coriander leaves to garnish
- Some Oil to fry
Steps to make Leftover Palak Kofta Curry
- For Kofta :
In a non stick pan take leftover palak chana dal and mix besan, salt & garam masala. - Cook continuously till thickened.
Let it cool. - Grease your palms and take little portion and make lemon size balls.
- Fry it on medium flame.
Keep aside. - In a thick pan heat oil.
Add Jeera. Add ginger garlic chilli paste. - Cook for a min. Add onion paste. Cook until little brownish.
- Add tomato puree. Mix it and add all dry masalas.
- Cook till oil separates.
- Now add fresh cream.
- Mix well. Add required amount of water.
- Cover and cook for 5 mins.
Add kasoori methi. Mix gently. Add coriander leaves. - Now in take serving dish put gravy and koftas over it.
Garnish with fresh cream and enjoy with plain Roti/ Tandoori Roti.
