  20. 1 tsp coriander leaves
  21. 2 eggs
  22. As per taste Salt
  23. For garnishing:
  24. 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  25. Few Cashewnuts

Steps to make Andaa Lapeta

  1. Firstly boil 3 eggs and keep aside
  2. Dry roast dry coconut for 5 mins, now In a mixer grinder add cashew, fried onion, coriander leaves and dry coconut and make paste of this
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in pan add chopped onion fry till translucent next add chopped tomatoes fry well,next add chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder,kitchen king masala fry for 2mins.
  4. Next to this add grounded paste,salt and fry till oil seprates from pan.
  5. Now add some water to masala (gravy must not be thin) and give a boil to masala now add boiled eggs,garam masala powder,add some chopped coriander leaves cover and cook for 5mins, once done switch off the flame
  6. Next beat 2 eggs to this add red chilli flakes and salt, coriander leaves,heat 1 tsp oil and prepare omlette
  7. Now in serving bowl add omlette and pour egg gravy on it
  8. Andaa lapeta is ready to serve, garnish it with some kaju and coriander leaves and serve it with chapati or roti
  9. Tip - you can add spice according to your taste more or less
