- In a remaining oil add onion saute till brown colour add cumin and heeng.
- Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes cooked until tomatoes becomes soft and mashed.
- Now add cauliflower mix it well.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted powder (fennel, coriander & dry red chilli powder) 1 teaspoon and salt.
- Add little water and cooked for 10 minutes or until cauliflower are well cooked.
- When oil floats switch off the flame, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
