  3. Once the jeera has crackled, add asafoetida and mix well into the ghee. Add cooked vegetables, cooked dal and rice khichdi along with a pinch of salt.Stir to combine the Moong Dal Khichdi. Turn off heat. Moong Dal Khichdi is ready.  Let it cool.
  4. Roll out chapatis from the dough and roast them on a griddle using little ghee till golden. Stack together and keep covered.
