  1. Heat oil and butter,now crackle the cumin, bayleaf,cinnamon, green and black cardamom, now add the onions,after golden brown add ginger garlic paste and tomato.
  2. Now add red chilli powder, Garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Roast the masala till become golden.now add some cream and curd.roast again for 5 minutes.
  3. Now in a pan roast the gram flour.marinate the paneer for 10 min.cut the big size onions and capsicum transfer them in gravy.roast the paneer for 5 minutes
