Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make (زعفرانی حلوہ) Saffron Semolina:
- 1 cup desi Ghee
- 1 cup semolina
- 2-3 green cardamom (crushed)
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar or to taste
- 1/2 cup dry fruits (your choice)
- 1 pinch Saffron strands
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp kewra essence
- 1 pinch orange food color (optional)
Instructions to make (زعفرانی حلوہ) Saffron Semolina
- In a bowl add milk and soak saffron for about 10 minutes.
