  4. 1 Onion
  5. 200 ml Heavy cream (non-dairy)

  7. 1 tbsp Cake flour
  8. 2 tbsp White wine
  9. 50 ml Milk
  10. 100 ml Panko
  11. 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  12. 2 tbsp Melted butter

  9. Thinly grease a gratin dish (I used 30 cm) with butter and place in half of the potatoes.
  10. Top with all of the ground meat sauce.
  11. Spread the remaining potato mixture on top of the meat. Cover completely with panko and pour melted butter on top.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes on the bottom rack of the 220°C oven and then it's done. Optionally, garnish with minced parsley.
