- Marinade breast piece with ginger-garlic paste,salt, chilli flakes, orange juice & orange rinds for about an hour.
- In the meantime cut the colored capsicum in cubes & stir fry them for 3-4 minutes in high heat. Remove from pan & keep aside.
- Now either grill or pan roast the marinaded chicken with few drops of oil and keep aside.
- In the same pan add the orange juices & fresh chillies. Add some salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the roasted capsicum. Stir for a minute. Don't make the veggies soggy.

- Now transfer in a serving dish and garnish with spring onion & orange rinds
