- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Tomato
- 5-8 Cashew nuts
- 75-80 gram Curd

- Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well
- Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers

- First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both
- Now separate from hot oil to cool

- Serve hot with roti or naan, Garnish with some corriender and mint leaves and with onion rings
